At TheRoyalDeals.in, we want you to be happy with your purchase. We offer an exchange option on eligible products if the product received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or meets our exchange conditions.

No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds or monetary returns for any product. Once an order has been delivered, it cannot be returned for a refund.

Exchange Conditions

• Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition.
• Original packaging, tags and other accessories must be intact.
• For damaged or incorrect products, customers should provide clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
• Exchange is subject to product availability.
• Products that have been used, washed, damaged by the customer or altered are not eligible for exchange.

Important

Every product is eligible for exchange only as per the above conditions. No cash refund, bank refund or store-credit refund will be provided.
